Towards the northern part of the resort, on Ocean Drive, is this magnificent mansion. Located on the 13th hole, surrounded by verdant tropical gardens, The Westering offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and the golf course below.

The renowned builders Gillespie and Steel created this one-of-a-kind home. The interior is decorated with high-end materials, mostly from the US and Europe. The kitchen and living room are open concept, leading out to a spacious covered terrace with breathtaking views of the ocean and the golf course—the ideal setting for a beverage as the sun goes down. The outdoor living rooms are perfect for hosting family gatherings. They have a dining and bar area with a BBQ, as well as a large terrace surrounded by palm trees, which leads to a lavish infinity pool with a Jacuzzi.

On the ground level, on the right as you enter the home, you’ll find one of the ensuite bedrooms. There is a media room on the ground floor, and to the left of that is the utility and laundry room.

On the upper floor, you’ll find four more bedrooms, each with its own balcony. A spacious bathroom, walk-in closet, and sitting area make up the master suite.

The guest cottage has one bedroom and a kitchenette on the top floor, and a huge game room and entertainment area on the bottom floor.

With the exception of a few personal belongings, the villa is being sold completely furnished.

The onsite amenities at Royal Westmoreland, a private gated community, include a state-of-the-art clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, tennis courts, a swimming pool named Sanctuary, a well-equipped gym, and an informal dining venue known as The Rum Shak. A complimentary shuttle service is available to transport guests to Mullins Beach, where they may access a private beach club and the Singita Spa, conveniently located just 8 minutes away by vehicle.
